For Pool Builders: Get Homeowner Requests by Name

Tampa Bay and Manatee homeowners use our permit-based rankings to choose who quotes their new pool. Join the network and they can pick you.

How the network works

Put your pool business in front of homeowners checking who builds in their town. They can choose you by name and request quotes from up to 3 builders. Partnership adds a call button and quote button to your listing. Your permit activity determines your ranking, and paying for partnership never changes that order.

  • Each area has up to 3 partner builders, each with a dedicated call-tracking number and quote button.
  • Pay for a referred new inground pool only after it passes final inspection, subject to the referral agreement.
  • There is no sign-up fee, monthly fee or charge for requests that do not become a pool.

You pay only when the pool is built

Job we referredFee
New inground pool (existing home or a custom new home)$1,000
New inground pool with a spa$1,000

  • One flat fee per new inground pool, due after the pool passes final inspection.
  • Matched to the public permit: same address, filed by you within 12 months of the homeowner's request.
  • No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, nothing for requests that don't become a pool.
  • No fee on pools sold in a home builder's package, or on any job an insurance claim pays for.
  • Each partner gets its own call-tracking number on our pages, plus a quote button.

Questions from pool builders

What does a completed pool referral cost?

The referral fee is $1,000 for a new inground pool, with or without a spa, at an existing home or a custom new home. It is due after the pool passes final inspection. The job must match a public permit at the same address, filed within 12 months of the request.

Which jobs have no fee?

There is no fee for pool remodeling, resurfacing or repair. Screen enclosure, heater, equipment and deck-only jobs also carry no fee. Pools sold in a home builder's package are excluded, as is any job an insurance claim pays for. A request that does not become a pool has no charge.

How do homeowners choose a partner builder?

Homeowners use permit-based town rankings to compare local activity, then pick builders by name on the quote form, up to 3. Each partner also has its own call-tracking number and a quote button on the pages. Each area has up to 3 partner builders.

Does partnership change the rankings or other listings?

Rankings come from public permit records and never change for pay. Partnership adds call and quote buttons to your listing. Builders who are not partners stay listed with their permit data, without those buttons. The ranking order continues to reflect permit activity.

What happens before the first request?

A short written referral agreement comes before the first request. It sets out the referral arrangement, and either side can end it with notice. There is no sign-up fee or monthly fee. Charges apply to qualifying completed pools under the agreement.
